Brain fog
22/02/2019Brain Fog is a term many people with MS talk about, referring to having trouble thinking clearly, remembering names, and having times when they are confused or frustrated. If this is you then what is important is for you to realise you are not alone.
It is often a symptom of MS due to another common symptom being fatigued and having less energy. Some of the strategies to help cope with Brain Fog is to make sure you get enough rest and reduce your stress levels as much as possible.
