One of the most annoying symptoms, for me, in having MS is chronic fatigue. It makes no sense to me, one day fine and the next not so good and finding the need to cancel that day’s activities. Having been a keen runner I was very disappointed to find I was no longer able to run. But I have now found other activities to fill the running void, such as dog walking, gardening, yoga, a range of crafts and even having a go at badminton.
Fatigue can be a debilitating symptom of MS, but tweaking and making adjustments to your life can make huge improvements.
