The term 'Wellness', in today's busy world, is regularly used but what can that mean for people with Multiple Sclerosis. We know we need to exercise, as much as our bodies will allow. However, there is also growing scientific research supporting the use of crafts, and the positive impact crafting can have on our wellness.
Research has shown that crafting can have a positive impact on anxiety, depression and even pain.
