How much did we raise on our Flag Days?

What a billiant result this year.  Thank you so much to all of you who either donated or helped with the collection pots through out our beautiful island! A incredible £1918.37 was collected on 6th April followed by an amazing £2695.23 on the 27th April. This means an incredible £4613.60 was raised in total! Once again thank you to everyone who played a part in raising this amount!

Paul Robinson running the London Marathon 2019
On 28 May Paul Robinson ran the 2019 London Marathon in aid of the MS Society. April 22nd-28th 2019 was National Multiple Sclerosis Awareness Week and the Guernsey Group of the MS Society organised another WOW - Wear Orange Wednesday, on Wednesday April 24th. Due to the Easter School holidays some schools and colleges are supporting WOW on alternate days. This year WOW was kindly sponsored by Lince Salisbury. The MS pub quiz was held on the 4th April at the Last Post and was thoroughly enjoyed by around 70 people! Million Miles 2018 has been launched

The Idea is that we move a million miles in the month, by non-motorised means (miles covered in electric wheelchairs and other mobility aids do count, however). The miles are then all logged together, along with all the money raised. The website is now live! Register and log your miles until Sept 30th. www.millionmiles.gg
