The MS Christmas Fayre is on Saturday 2nd November between 2 pm and 4 pm at the Vale Douzaine. Many stalls this year including CD's, DVD's, homemade arts, craft and cards, cakes, books, health products, homemade chutney and jam from homegrown produce and a raffle with some amazing prizes to be won. Also plenty of room for teas, coffee, or mulled wine with mince pies. Hope to see you there.

Supporters and pro-legalising cannabis campaigners applaud to support Christine Smith as she arrives to be sentenced by the Royal Court. The Guernsey Press reported on the recent case of a local resident, Christine Smith who received a two-year suspended prison sentence for attempting to import tetrahydrocannabinol – a cannabis derived substance. The Idea is that we move a million miles in the month, by non-motorised means (miles covered in electric wheelchairs and other mobility aids do count, however).
